Out of sight is out of mind. Here are 5 tips for staying top of mind with clients.
1.Set up one-to-on Zoom meetings with top clients to discuss how they are doing, what you might do to help them, and to share ideas together on sustaining business.
2. If you don’t already blog, create a weekly email newsletter with a title like “Business Tips from …,” or “Sixty Seconds from …”
and provide useful tips directly related to your business, links to useful sites, articles, etc.
3.Set up Zoom meetings with you and two other clients who you think should know each other because of some mutual interest or needs they might have.
4.Ask for advice on new product or service ideas you are thinking of introducing. People love being asked for their wisdom.
5.Offer a free webinar or 30 minute advice session (Easy to do with Zoom and other meeting services). For example, an artist friend offered a complimentary drawing lesson; an accountant can offer a session on the tax implications of the government assistance program; a Human Resources firm can offer a webinar on benefits, etc.
In all cases, the goal is to maintain your visibility and value in these tough times.
Stay safe. This will pass.
